You somehow come to know that anyone can now make money online and live a better lifestyle. So you search for such opportunities and you are bombarded with tempting offers which promise to give you an online system that will pour huge money in your bank account every month (sometimes everyday). Interestingly, everything is supposed to happen without much effort from your part!

Well, you may go ahead. It’s your money and your dream. I’m nobody to pull you away from achieving your dream. Because that would be a curse to me.
But I just want to tell you that they are fake, scams and dodgy. If you fall into their trap, you’ll waste your valuable time and money.
The internet is full of scams. Fraudsters work hard day and night to take all the hard-earned money from people like you and me. They come with full marketing plan to lure you until you start typing your credit card number. I’m not sure about you but anyone who needs money urgently or who wants to try to make quick money online falls into their trap.
No, I’m not saying that all the making money online schemes out there are scams. There are some legitimate online earning schemes too. Some have even made news headlines in some of the top news and magazine sites for their proven system of making money online and for creating more internet millionaires.
But the logic of making money online remains the same just as it is in the real world: The effort you make is the return you get! This is the equation of making money both online and offline. Even if some people earn money from the dodgy schemes, they earn by doing the same thing as the owner of the scheme does. And that is to trap more people like themselves!
To make money from the legitimate schemes, you’ll need to work hard. Anyone who says there is a system to make money without any effort is fake or illegal. On the other hand, if you know somebody who is making huge money without doing much work, then he must be someone who had already put a great amount of time, money and brain into his work before being blessed with his present situation.
Sometimes, the presentations of such schemes of making money make them look easy, doable and affordable. But that should not be the only reason for joining them. If any scheme looks so good that you cannot ignore, it’s better to do more research. It’s better to read reviews and experiences of existing/old members in forums and blogs. You should also consider contacting members privately if possible. The world has still many people left who are ready to give you honest replies.

I’m too embarrassed to tell you how many of these I fell for in the beginning. I had heard that making money online was easy so I just assumed that these were legitimate offers.
Of course a lot of them were but the marketing was exaggerated big time. They entice you in promising you that you can make $20K online in one month. Well you can but it may take you years to get to that point. They conveniently leave that part out until they’ve got your money.
There are great legitimate ways to make money online so do your research and don’t fall for anything that is promising you the moon. If you think it’s too good to be true then it probably is.

I fell for the scams on numerous occasions. Especially at the beginning. The problem is that a newbie just does not have a clue where to start. Of course, when he/she searches online there are so many choices and the stories sound so “honest”.
I guess it is a learning curve (although a tough one for some). Hopefully most people make that mistake only once and the money lost is not a fortune.
